Pennywise Pathways was founded in Birmingham to fill the financial education gap for children and teens. We saw first-hand how practical money skills empower young people in all walks of life. Our mission is to create a vibrant, supportive space where young learners gain life-changing financial confidence.

Meet Our Educators
Emma Caldwell
Lead Facilitator with 15 years' primary teaching experience, certified in financial education by the PFEG alliance, and proud parent to two resourceful kids.
Fun fact: Emma once saved enough from dog-walking to pay for her first bicycle as a child.
Tariq Ahmed
Secondary school economics teacher and activities designer with a passion for creative learning. Holds a PGCE and a love for board games.
Fun fact: Tariq builds his own escape room puzzles on weekends.
Alice Jones
Financial wellbeing coach trained by Young Money UK, committed to making money management accessible and fun for every child.
Fun fact: Alice speaks three languages and collects vintage coins from around the world.
